The Order Referred To In Section 1 Includes The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Stabilization Of The Landslide At Dębnik Street To Connect It With Strzelecka Street, Together With The Necessary Technical And Road Infrastructure Required For The Proper Execution Of The Task And Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Technical Conditions, Decisions Including The Zrid Decision And Other Documents Required By Law, In Particular To Obtain A Positive Opinion Of The Polish Geological Institute And The Provincial Team Supervising The Implementation Of Tasks In Scope Of Counteracting Landslide Movements And Removing Their Effects. If Necessary, Relocations Of The Existing Underground Infrastructure Should Be Designed Along With The Development Of The Necessary Agreed Industry Documentation, Notifications, Water Permits And Administrative Decisions, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Zrid Decision. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make All Necessary Corrections And Additions To The Above-Mentioned Studies, Which Will Result From Their Verification, As Part Of The Contract Price. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Non-Final Building Permit Or Zrid Decision, As Well As To Supplement Any Deficiencies And Introduce Changes In The Documentation Indicated By The Authority Issuing The Decision.
