Part No. 2 – Purchase Of Household And Professional Chemicals1. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Price Specification - In Annex No. 1B To The Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Name/Model/Type/Code/Symbol Of The Manufacturer And Technical Data/Product Characteristics Clearly Defining The Offered Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Describe The Data Defining The Offered Subject Of The Order - In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor. If Necessary And To Clearly Define The Offered Subject Of The Order, It Is Required To Indicate Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide It So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Proceedings What The Subject Of The Order Is Offered By The Contractor. If The Contractor Offers An Item Of The Order For Which There Is No Name/Model/Type/Code/Symbol Clearly Defining The Subject Of The Order, And Whose Parameters Cannot Be Checked By The Ordering Party Also In Publicly Available Sources, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer The Technical Data Of The Offered Assortment, Corresponding To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order By Attaching Detailed Specification Of The Offered Assortment. If In Order To Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Use Additional Solutions (Not Standardly Used), The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate In The Offer That Such An Additional Solution Is Offered. If The Offer Lacks Information Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Product, The Ordering Party Will Consider The Offer Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz And Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act.2. The Implementation (Execution) Of The Order Consists Of: 2.1. Successive Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Subject Of The Order With Requirements/Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Response To The Individual, Current Demand Of The Ordering Party, Sent To The Contractor Via E-Mail, During The Period Referred To In Chapter I Point. 4.1 Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Orders). 2.2. Applies Only To Part No. 2: Conducting One [1] Product Training For The Ordering Partys Service Staff In The Field Of Practical Use Of The Offered Assortment, Their Purpose, Application And Dosing. The Training Date Will Be Agreed Electronically Ten Days In Advance. The Training Should Take Place Within Two [2] Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3. The Quantities Of The Product Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Approximate Values ​​Determined On The Basis Of Current Consumption And Expected Demand.
