1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Computers For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Dąbrowa Górnicza. The Order Was Divided Into 3 (Three) Parts: A) Part 1 - Central Units With System Software (Quantity: 65 Pcs.) B) Part 2 - Computer Set With System Software (Quantity: 1 Pc.) C) Part 3 - Laptops With System Software (Quantity: 2 Pcs.)2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms And Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Following Documents: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, B) Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.2.1. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 3. Warranty: A) The Minimum Warranty Period For The Delivered Equipment Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. B) The Warranty Period Begins On The Date Of Issuing The Purchase Invoice.4. Equivalent Solutions:4.1. If The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To The Solutions Described By The Ordering Party, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc.4.2. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches A List Of Equivalent Solutions To The Offer And Attaches Documents Confirming Equivalence Along With Its Description Or Standards.4.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.4.4. Wherever Specific Standards And Regulations Are Referenced In The Procurement Documents To Be Met By The Equipment, The Provisions Of The Most Recent Edition Or Revised Edition Of The Referenced Standards And Regulations Will Apply, Unless Otherwise Stated. 4.5. Where The Referenced Standards And Regulations Are National Or Relate To A Specific Country Or Region, Other Appropriate Standards Ensuring An Equal Or Higher Level Of Performance Than The Referenced Standards Or Regulations May Also Be Used, Provided They Are Verified And Approved. The Differences Between The Referenced Standards And Their Proposed Replacements Must Be Precisely Described By The Contractor.
