Part Of The Order No. 1: Delivery Of Anti-Explosion Vacuum Cleaners For The Needs Of The Project Entitled: Establishment Of An Industry Skills Center At The Home Army Construction And Wood School Complex In Żywiec In The Field Of: Sanitary, Heating And Gas Installations1. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of Part Of The Order No. 1 - 4 Is Specified In Annex No. 4A - 4D To Swz - Description Of The Subject Orders, And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order, Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract. 2. Equivalence Clause: 1) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 99(5) And Article 101(4) Of The Act, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Supplies, Works, Materials And Systems That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documents. Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Separately, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Are Indicated In The Description Of This Item And Should Be Treated Only As Proposals. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc., To Be Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Qualitative And Functional Characteristics That The Subject Of The Order Is To Meet. The Offer May Include Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, But With Technical, Qualitative Parameters And Performance And Functional Properties. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Solutions Used Will Enable The Achievement Of All Technical Assumptions For The Investment Task In Question, Taking Into Account The Entire Investment, And Not A Selected Part Of The Whole And/Or The Devices Offered By The Contractor As Equivalent Will Not Be Equivalent In The Light Of The Documents Submitted By The Contractor, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected As Not Corresponding To The Content Of The Tor. In Case The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Order Using Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. In Such A Case, The Procedure Described In The Previous Content Of This Point Shall Apply Accordingly; Adopted By The Contractor For The Valuation Of Technologies, Systems, Materials Or Equivalent Devices, The Offer Must Be Accompanied By A List Of These Technologies, Systems, Devices Or Materials, Which Will Include: The Type And Description Of The Technology Or System Used, The Name Of The Device/Material Used, The Name Of The Manufacturer, A Precise And Unambiguous Type Of Device Or Material; Technologies/Systems/Devices/Equivalent Materials; Calculations, Detailed Technical Drawings, Certificates, Approvals, Declarations Of Compliance With Regulations And Standards And Catalog Cards Of Manufacturers Of Equivalent Devices/Materials.
