Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Road Salt With Anti-Caking Agent Divided Into Parts

As Part Of Part I, The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery, According To The Ordering Partys Needs, Of Bulk Road Salt With Anti-Caking Agent In A Maximum Quantity Of 1,500 T (Tons), With The Ordering Party Guaranteeing The Purchase Of An Amount Not Less Than 700 T (Tons). The Maximum Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order Provided Is An Estimated Value. If The Purchase Quantity Is Not Completed In Excess Of The Quantity Guaranteed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract, The Purchase Is Deemed Completed Without Any Claims For Damages, Including Without A Change In The Unit Price Per T (Ton). A) Required Parameters Of Road Salt: Form: Crystalline Product, Loose, White Or White With A Natural Shade Of Gray/Pink; Content: Sodium Chloride Nacl At Least 90%, Water-Insoluble Substances At Most 8.0%, Water (Humidity) At Most 3.0%, K4fe(Cn)6 Added To Prevent Salt Caking, At Least 20 Mg/Kg; Grain Composition Of Salt, Sieve Size In Millimeters: 1.0 – 6.0 Minimum 60%, < 1.0 Maximum 40%. B) Road Salt Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-86/C-84081/02 Standard Or Equivalent. C) Delivery Should Be Made Carefully, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, To The City Cleaning Plant Located In Chełm (22-100) At Ul. Bieławin 5A On Working Days (I.E. Monday To Friday) From 7.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., According To The Current Needs Specified By The Ordering Party In The Orders. D)The Expected Logistic Minimum Is 25 T (Tons). The Contractor Will Carry Out The Order Using Self-Unloading Vehicles. E)The Delivery Time From The Date Of Placing The Order Should Not Exceed 2 Business Days. F) Each Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Weighed On The Ordering Partys Verified Scales And Confirmed With A Weighing Document. G) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Unload The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Efforts And At His Own Expense In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Liable For Any Culpable Damage Occurring During Unloading. H) Road Salt Will Be Used For Winter Maintenance Of Traffic Routes In Public Spaces And Must Be A Product Intended For This Purpose. I) Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, I.E. The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
