The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer Equipment With Equipment And Software For It Laboratories, As Part Of The Project Entitled: Young Kościuszko People Create Tomorrow - Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027. Project No. Feld.08.07-Iz.00-0211/25-00.Part 1 – Computer Equipment;2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Purchase Of Computer Equipment And Accessories Covered By These Proceedings Is Exempt From Tax On Goods And Services Pursuant To: • Art. 83 Section 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of March 11, 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 775, As Amended), In Connection With The Supply Of Computer Equipment For Educational Institutions / Scientific Units / Public Benefit Organizations, And § 8 Section 1 Point 13 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of December 20, 2013 On Exemptions From Tax On Goods And Services And The Conditions For Applying These Exemptions (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 832). Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue An Invoice With The Vat Rate Zw (Exempt), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.4. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party In Wieluń At Ul. Nadodrzańska 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building.
