Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Creation Of Emergency Shelter Places In The City Of Kartuzy In Three Locations.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Regarding The Creation Of Temporary Shelters For People In The General Education School Complex No. 2 In Kartuzy, On The Basis Of Which The Contractor Will Obtain The Permits Required By Law For The Implementation Of Works And Will Determine The Scope Of Works And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I: Development Of Complete Documentation Together With Submitting An Application To The Authority For Issuing A Decision On A Permit For The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Design Documentation Prepared, 2) Stage Ii: Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Decision On A Permit For The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of Stage I, 3) Stage Iii: Providing The Authors Supervision Service Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Covered By The Design Documentation Prepared As Part Of The Subject Of This Subject Orders.3. The Implementation Of Individual Stages Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Within The Following Dates: 1) Stage 1: The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete This Stage Of The Subject Of The Order By December 10, 2026.2) Stage 2: The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete This Stage Of The Subject Of The Order By March 10, 2027.3) Stage 3: Authors Supervision Will Be Provided, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Contract Template, Until The Date Of Completion Of The Construction Works, But No Longer Than Until 10/12/2028 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For A Given Part Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Are Included In The Swz, And In Particular In Annexes 4 And 6 To The Swz.5.
