Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services Involving Preparation And Delivery And Serving Breakfast For Guests Of The Książ Hotel, Located In The Książ Castle And Park Complex

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In Preparing, Delivering And Serving Breakfasts For Guests Of The Książ Hotel, Located In The Książ Castle And Park Complex. The Service Also Includes Preparation Of The Dining Room In The Scope Of: Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals By Waiters, As Well As Ongoing Refilling Of Refreshments And Cleaning Services During Breakfasts And After Breakfast Serving. 2. The Basic Part Of The Order Includes The Preparation And Distribution Of 17,000 Meals During The Term Of The Contract.3. However, If The Actual Demand During The Term Of The Contract Exceeds The Above-Mentioned Expected Number, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Award An Order Under The Option Right To Increase The Number Of Meals Under The Order Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Meals By A Maximum Of 20% Of The Basic Order.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Serve Breakfasts From 7:00 A.M. To 10:30 A.M. From Monday To Sunday (Every Day), Including On Holidays. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, It Is Possible To Modify The Hours Of Serving Breakfast, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 9 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Premises/Room Intended For Serving Breakfast For Guests Of The Książ Hotel, Located No Further Than 200 M From Building No. 3 (Main Building - Hotel Reception) Located At Piastów Śląskich 1, Wałbrzych. The Requirement Regarding The Location Of Catering Facilities Results From The Need To Ensure The Freshness Of Meals, The Appropriate Temperature Of Serving, Efficient Organization Of Service And The Technical And Logistic Limitations Of The Ordering Party Related To The Lack Of Its Own Kitchen Facilities Enabling Full Provision Of The Service.7. The Distance Referred To Above Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Publicly Available Google Maps Website, As The Shortest Walking Route, As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers.
