Tenders Are Invited For Taking Action To Increase The Hospitals Cybersecurity Level

1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Selection Of A Contractor Who Will Provide The Ordering Party With Services Consisting In Carrying Out Activities Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital As Part Of The Project Implementation Of E-Services At The Dr. Tytus Chałubiński District Hospital In Zakopane. 2. The Provision Of Services That Are The Subject Of This Public Procurement Procedure As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Implementation Of E-Services At The Dr. Tytus Chałubiński District Hospital In Zakopane Includes: In Area 3 - Actions Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of The Hospital, The Following Should Be Performed: 1) Modification Service Of The Information Security Management System Along With Training In The Field Of Cybersecurity - 1 Set. The Detailed Scope Of This Order Is Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order [Hereinafter Referred To As Opz] Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Obtain An It Service With Technical, Quality, Operational And Functional Parameters Specified In The Swz, And Not A Solution From A Specific Manufacturer. For These Reasons, The Contracting Authority Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That There Are Such Indications Anywhere In The Swz, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications (Not Binding On Contractors). For These Reasons, An Offer That Does Not Meet Such Indications Will Not Be Considered Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz And Will Not Be Rejected For These Reasons.4. This Subject Of The Order Is An Expenditure Within The Area For The Implementation Of Projects In The Project Entitled: Implementation Of E-Services At The Dr. Tytus Chałubiński District Hospital In Zakopane, Implemented Under The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan Program, Priority Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System - Grant Part, Measure D1.1.2. Accelerating Digital Transformation Processes In Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care.5. Taking Into Account The Above, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Carry Out This Order In Accordance With The Dnhs Principle At Every Stage Of Its Implementation, In Particular To Comply With The Principles Of Sustainable Development And Social Responsibility.6. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
