The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A License And Implementation Of An Interactive Educational Tool For Business Simulations Meeting The Technical And Functional Requirements Indicated In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Software Or System Or Application; 2) Delivery Of Complete Documentation; 3) Conducting Remote Certification Training In The Scope Of Substantive And Technical Support Of The Delivered Software; 4) Provision Of Post-Implementation Service Including Warranty And Technical Assistance For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Signing Of The Final Acceptance Protocol; A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Including The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Software, As Well As The Method Of Delivery And Implementation Of The Software Together With Certification Training And Post-Implementation Service (Warranty And Technical Assistance) Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Further Provisions Regarding The Method Of Delivery And Implementation Of The Work Software And Accompanying Services, As Well As Acceptance And Provision Of Warranty And Technical Support Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu/Draft Contract).
