Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care, Hygiene And Nursing As Well As Activation And Integration Services For Seniors And People In Need From The Ogrodzieniec Commune - 3 Parts

The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Social Services In The Local Environment, Addressed To Seniors, I.E. People Over 60 Years Of Age, And Adult People In Need Of Support From The Ogrodzieniec Commune. The Services Are Intended To Support The Daily Functioning Of Participants, Maintain Their Independence, Improve The Quality Of Life, Counteract Social Isolation And Increase The Availability Of Care And Activation Services. Part No. 1 - Providing Care Services In The Form Of Home Help. The Service Will Be Provided As A Care Service Provided In The Place Of Residence Of Elderly, Lonely, Dependent People And People In Need Of Support From The Ogrodzieniec Commune. The Scope Of Home Help Includes: A) Help In Everyday Life Functioning, Including Maintaining Basic Order In The Immediate Surroundings, Preparing Or Serving A Meal, Doing Basic Shopping And Organizing Current Household Activities; B) Basic Hygiene And Care Support Not Requiring Medical Qualifications, Including Assistance In Maintaining Personal Hygiene, Changing Clothes And Bedding, And Keeping The Participants Place Clean; C) Social Support And Counteracting Isolation, Including Supportive Conversation, Accompaniment, Help In Maintaining Contacts With Family, Neighbors And Institutions, And Accompanying During Short Outings; D) Organizational Assistance In Matters Of Everyday Life, Including Arranging Appointments And Reminding About Appointments; E) Adapting The Scope Of Support To The Individual Needs, Health Condition And Level Of Independence Of The Person Covered By The Service. The Service Will Be Provided For 30 People During The Contract Period (I.E. Until November 30, 2026), With An Average Of 8 Services Per Month Per Person, And A Maximum Of 48 Services Per Person During The Entire Implementation Period. One Service Includes 2 Hours Of Support.
