Bids Are Invited For Supply Of Totems And Screens And Contracting Of Service For A Comprehensive Queue Management And Box Calling System With Maintenance

The Purpose Of This Tender Is The Contracting Of A Comprehensive Queue Management And Box Call Solution For The Health Centers Of The I. Municipality Of Maipú, Which Includes The Supply And Installation Of Equipment, Its Integration With The Electronic Clinical Record System, And The Provision Of Licensing, Support, Maintenance And Eventual Provision Of Spare Parts Services, In Order To Ensure The Operational Continuity Of The Service. The Contract Includes Three Benefits Of A Different Nature: I. Equipment Supply, Installation And Implementation; Totems And Screens; Ii. Comprehensive Service: Monthly License, Queue Management System, Support And Maintenance; And Iii. Supply Of Spare Parts For Equipment Repair All Of The Above In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Administrative Bases, The Technical Bases And All Their Annexes.
