The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Operation Support Services (Providing Service Support, Maintenance And Development) Of The National Budget Information System Of Program Financing (Hereinafter Referred To As Rispf). The Following Services Are Part Of The Scope Of Performance: A) Provision Of Rispf Operation Support Services, Provision Of Rispf Administration And Maintenance, Support Of Its Users, Provision Of Rispf Operation Support (Hereinafter Referred To As Operation Support Services). Operation Support Services Are Flat-Rate In Nature. The Range Of Operation Support Services Is Given In The Form Of Catalog Sheets. B) Provision Of Rispf Development Services And Related Activities During The Implementation Of Changes, Services Related To The Implementation Of Security Measures And Services Related To The Termination Of The Provision Of Operation Support Services, All According To The Requirements Of The Principal (Even If Initiated By The Supplier) For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract, Based On Change Requests Made In Accordance With The Procedure Under The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Services On Demand). C) Regular Updating Of Operational Documentation By The Supplier Relating To Rispf (Hereinafter Referred To As Operational Documentation). The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Defined In Detail In Article Iii. Draft Contract.
