Construction Supervision Services – Technical Assistance To The Project Management Of The Works Of The General Subdirectorate Of Planning And Construction Of Parking Lots And Support For The Review Of Technical Documentation That Affects Municipal Parking Lots. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Technical Assistance Services To Support The Project Management In Repair, Improvement Or New Construction Works (With Pem Equal To Or Greater Than €50,000) Promoted By The General Subdirectorate Of Parking Planning And Construction Within The Scope Of Its Jurisdiction When The Madrid City Council Holds The Status Of Promoter Of The Works According To Law 38/1999 On Building Planning. The Company Awarded The Service Will Perform Technical Functions Of Supporting The Project Management Of The Works, Its Control And Surveillance And Carrying Out The Necessary Work To Ensure Its Correct Execution, Following At All Times The Instructions Of The Project Director And The Guidelines Contained In This Document. The Purpose Of The Contract Also Includes The Review Of Technical Documentation Related To Municipal Parking, Which May Include Projects, Technical Documents Or Reports, Among Others. The Object Of The Contract Includes Both The Review Of The Technical Documentation Processed By The General Subdirectorate Of Planning, As Well As The One On Which A Report Must Be Issued In Accordance With The Powers Attributed By Regulation. The Awardee Will Perform, Among Others, The Following Functions: -A) Technical Assistance To Support The Project Management Of The Works, Which Includes, But Is Not Limited To: Technical Interpretation Of The Project. Control And Surveillance Of The Correct Execution Of The Work, Until Its Reception And Corresponding Final Certification. Provision Of Support Through A Technical Office And Material Means To Prepare Eventual Studies, Reports And Technical Notes. Among Other Aspects, It Will Provide Technical Support Services In Relation To: Archaeology, Environment, Blasting, Quality Control, Geology, Geotechnics, Pavements, Drainage, Structures, Facilities, Health And Safety And Any Other Matter Related To The Work Or Services Affected, In Which It Is Required. Work Necessary For The Study Of Alternative Solutions, And, Where Appropriate, The Drafting Of Documentation For The Processing Of Modified Projects, Emergencies And Other Incidents That Arise, Both Of The Works Themselves And Of The Affected Services That Require It, Including, Where Appropriate, The Calculation Annexes, Duly Signed. Preparation Of Specific Reports From Specialists At The Request Of The Project Management.
