The Equipment Must Be New. Software: * The Devices Software Should Be Used To: - Create Your Own Spectral Libraries, Which Can Be Used To Perform Library Searches Based On Matches Of Exact Masses, Spectra, Retention Times And Possibly Also Isotopic Ratios Of Ions, And - Perform Various Dda And Dia Measurements And Identify Compounds From The Data Produced By Them With The Help Of Spectral Libraries. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. Contract Period Based On The Competition, One Supplier Will Be Selected With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded. The Delivery Contract Comes Into Force When It Is Signed. The Validity Of The Supply Contract Ends When The Equipment And Its Installation And User Training Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Terms Of Appendix 3 Supply Contract And The Parties Have Fulfilled All Their Obligations And When The Warranty Period Of The Equipment Ends. The Maintenance Agreement Comes Into Force When It Is Signed. The Maintenance Contract Is Signed At The Latest When The Equipment And Its Installation And User Training Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Supply Contract. The Maintenance Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice.
