The Central Criminal Police Is Acquiring High Resolution Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (Uhplc–Hram-Ms/Ms) Equipment For The Forensic Laboratory. The Procurement Also Includes Installing The Equipment In Working Condition, User Training, Consumables, Maintenance Service And Customer Service. The Equipment Must Be Suitable For Non-Targeted Screening Research Of Small Molecules As Well As Library Search-Based Analytics Performed With Self-Built Spectral Libraries. The Equipment Must Be New. Required Properties Of The Equipment: Lc: * The Uhplc Must Withstand A Back Pressure Of At Least 1000 Bar. * The Chamber Of The Automatic Sample Feeder Must Be Temperature Controlled (Can Be Cooled To At Least 7 °C). * The Column Oven Must Accommodate At Least Two Analytical Columns (150 Mm) With Pre-Columns (50 Mm) And It Must Be Temperature Controlled. * Dad Or Equivalent Detector. Ms: * Ionization: Esi Positive And Negative Ionization. * Analyzer Mass Range At Least M/Z 40 – 3,000. * Resolution (Fwhm, Width At Half Height) At Least 30,000. * Mass Accuracy < 3 Ppm. * Dynamic Range > 1000. * Ability To Perform Ms/Ms Measurements, Including Common Ms/Ms Methods And Dda And Dia Type Measurements. Software: * The Devices Software Should Be Used To: - Create Your Own Spectral Libraries, Which Can Be Used To Perform Library Searches Based On Matches Of Exact Masses, Spectra, Retention Times And Possibly Also Isotopic Ratios Of Ions, And - Perform Various Dda And Dia Measurements And Identify Compounds From The Data Produced By Them With The Help Of Spectral Libraries. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. Contract Period Based On The Competition, One Supplier Will Be Selected With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded. The Delivery Contract Comes Into Force When It Is Signed. The Validity Of The Supply Contract Ends When The Equipment And Its Installation And User Training Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Terms Of Appendix 3 Supply Contract And The Parties Have Fulfilled All Their Obligations And When The Warranty Period Of The Equipment Ends. The Maintenance Agreement Comes Into Force When It Is Signed. The Maintenance Contract Is Signed At The Latest When The Equipment And Its Installation And User Training Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Supply Contract. The Maintenance Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice.
