Expansion Of The Planning, Construction And Operation Of A Gigabit Network In The Main Expansion Area In The Economic Gap Model As Part Of The Gap Closure Program To Include All Advertised Addresses In The Gap Closure Expansion Area Based On The Gigabit Rl 2.0. The Subject Of This Selection Process Is The Award Of A Contract For A Service Concession For The Extended Planning, Construction And Operation Of A Gigabit Network In The Economic Gap Model In Accordance With Section 3.1 Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0 As Part Of The Gap Closure Program In Accordance With No. 9.1 Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0. The Aim Of This Measure Is To Expand The Existing Or Economically Planned Gigabit Supply In The Main Expansion Area With Gigabit-Capable Broadband Connections With Data Transfer Rates Of At Least 1 Gbit/S Symmetrically At Peak Load Conditions To Include The Advertised Expansion Area Of The Gap Closure Program And Thus Also To Symmetrically Provide All End Users Of The Advertised Addresses Of The Gap Closure Expansion Area With The Target Bandwidths Of At Least 1 Gbit/S, With The Upload And Download Rates At Least Doubling Have To. The Expansion Area Results In Detail From The B Service Description And Its Appendices, In Particular The Maps Of The Expansion Area (B1, B1.1 To B1.3) And The Address List (B2). The Funding Purpose Of The Gigabit Directive 2.0 Is To Support An Effective And Technology-Neutral Expanded Expansion Of The Existing Or Planned Gigabit Network Around The Gap-Closing Expansion Area In Order To Achieve An Ecologically Sustainable, Secure And High-Performance Gigabit Network, Including For The Underserved Addresses In The Gap-Closing Expansion Area. The Successful Tenderer Must Plan, Build And Operate A Gigabit Network With The Defined Minimum Bandwidths In The Gap Closure Expansion Area. This Includes Eligible Expenditure By The Successful Tenderer To Close Any Economic Gap (Difference Between The Present Value Of All Proceeds And The Present Value Of All Costs Of Network Development And -
