The Aim Of The New System Is To Bring Flexibility To Users Logging Practices And To Cut The Working Time Of Supervisors And Hr Employees Spent On Maintenance Tasks. All Devices Connected To The Systems Must Synchronize Data With Each Other Automatically And In Real Time. Heka Is Responsible For Purchasing The Equipment Used For Mobile Check-Ins. The Suppliers Role Is That Of A System Supplier And Expert Service Provider. The Supplier Does Not Provide Operational Services For Working Time Monitoring On Behalf Of The Customer, But The System Supports The Customers Own Operations And Processes. Procurement Is The So-Called Delivery Of A Complete Turnkey Service, Which Covers: • User Rights To The System Delivered As A Cloud Service (Saas, Software As Service Service Delivery Model) • System Implementation Project Definition, Customer-Specific Arrangements, Testing And Training • Continuous Service, Customer Support And Maintenance Throughout The Contract Period • Heka-Specific Development And Integration Work Of The System. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. The Agreement Is Initially Valid For A Fixed Period Of Two (2) Years, And After The Fixed-Term Contract Period, The Agreement Continues Indefinitely.
