The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Construction Waste With The Following Codes: A. 17 03 80 (Waste Felt Paper) B. 17 02 02 (Glass). 2. The Waste Covered By The Order Will Be Transferred In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 3. The Amount Of Waste Intended For Collection And Management Under The Basic Order Is Up To 320 Mg, Including: 250 Mg Of Waste Code 17 03 80 And 70 Mg Of Waste Code 17 02 02. 4. The Ordering Party, Under This Order, Allows The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. An Option Is Envisaged To Increase The Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed By An Additional 480 Mg, Including: 350 Mg Of Waste With The Code 17 03 80 And 130 Mg Of Waste With The Code 17 02 02. 5. The Ordering Party Will Use The Option If There Is A Need For Further Implementation Of The Above. Services. 6. Taking The Above Into Account, The Total Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Processed Is Up To 800 Mg, Including: 320 Mg Under The Basic Order And Up To 480 Mg Under The Option. 7. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party - Headquarters Of Zgok Sp. Z O. O. In Olsztyn, Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 8. Historical Data On The Amount Of Waste Collected Annually From The Ordering Partys Installation: A. 17 03 80 (Waste Roofing Felt): 250Mg B. 17 02 02 (Glass): 70Mg. 9. The Amount Of Waste With Code 17 03 80 Covered By The Order Is 600Mg (Including The Basic Order 250Mg, Option 350Mg), Monthly Number Of Loads: 0-2 Loads (E.G. Moving Floor Car). 10. The Amount Of Waste With Code 17 02 02 Covered By The Order Is 200Mg (Including The Basic Order 70Mg, Option 130Mg), Annual Number Of Loads: 2-5 (E.G. Moving Floor Car). 11. Due To The Need To Sort Construction Waste, The Company Expects An Increase In The Stream Of This Waste, Which Cannot Be Guaranteed. 12. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To The Entity That Has The Decision Specified In Art. 27 Section 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 13. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Completed, In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: 1) Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste); 2) Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Regulations Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 14. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 15. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 16.
