Request for Quotation for TSS Managed Service Bidding Opens on: 14 May 2026 Due on: 02 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: ADEK seeks to engage qualified Managed Service Providers to deliver end-to-end IT managed services across the following service domains for a period of three (3) years: Lot 1 - Service Desk & End-User Support to provide comprehensive Service Desk and End-User Support services for ADEK, covering internal staff, external/public users, and senior executive leadership. The services will include centralized incident and service request management, multi-channel user support, and prioritized assistance for VIP users, ensuring timely resolution, effective escalation, and consistent service delivery in line with agreed service levels. Lot 2 - Infrastructure, Network, Security Support, and Cloud Services - to provide comprehensive end-to-end managed services for ADEKs IT Infrastructure, Network, and Cloud environments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms. This includes full operational ownership of the in-scope services, with accountability for ensuring high availability, optimal performance, reliability, and continuous day-today management of all infrastructure and cloud components supporting ADEKs operations.
