The Subject Of The Open House Contract Is The Quality-Assured, Needs-Based And Economical Supply Of Bandages, Including Peg Bandage Sets, To Insured Persons Of Aok Rheinland/Hamburg In Accordance With Section 31 Para. 1A Sgb V In Conjunction With Annex Va Of The Medicines Directive (Bandages And Other Products For Wound Treatment), Insofar As The Aforementioned Services Are Not Excluded By The Medicines Directive Or Other Legal Or Contractual Requirements. Bandages Are Not Medicines Within The Meaning Of Section 2 Paragraphs 1 And 2 Of The Medicines Act (Amg) Or Aids According To Section 33 Sgb V. All Suitable And Interested Companies Are Offered The Possibility Of Concluding Or Joining This Open House Contract, Subject To Uniform Contractual Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure. Interested Companies Can Download The Participation Documents In The Project Room Of The Dtvp Procurement Portal. The Prerequisite For Concluding An Open House Contract Is That The Interested Company Submits The Requested Participation Documents, Completed And Signed. A Contract Will Be Concluded With Each Company That Meets The Participation Requirements. There Is No Exclusivity. Joining Or Concluding A Contract Can Take Place At Any Time And Under The Same Conditions. Individual Contract Negotiations Will Not Be Carried Out. The Earliest Contract Start Date Is August 1St, 2026. If Aok Rheinland/Hamburg Carries Out A Tender For Exclusive Contracts In The Form Of An Open Procurement Procedure During The Contract Term, The Contracts Concluded Within The Scope Of This Publication Will Be Terminated In Accordance With The Contractual Regulations.
