Building Installation Work – Real Estate Renovation, Modernization 2026. Construction Framework Contract For Budapest Capital Xiii. Maintenance, Renovation, Expansion, Demolition, And Modernization Of Properties Owned By The District Self-Government - Especially Institutions, Service Facilities, Residential Buildings (And Their Gardens And Yards) - Primarily Architectural, Building Mechanical And Building Electrical - Including Energy Modernization. The Task Of The Contractor Is Also - On A Case-By-Case Basis - The Preparation Of Plans For Individual Investment Works, Their Possible Revision And Approval, As Well As The Participation In Obtaining The Commissioning Permit For The Completed Works. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Fixed Period, For A Minimum Of 12 Months, But A Maximum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force, According To Ii.2.7. According To Point The Framework Amount Of The Framework Contract: Huf 1,500,000,000 (For 12 Months) In Case Of Extensions, It Is Occasionally Increased By Huf 1,500,000,000. The Tenderer Undertakes To Draw 70% Of The Current Budget. The Tenderer Specifically Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That The Maintenance And Renovation Works Must Be Carried Out In A Significant Part Of Operating Institutions (I.E. Operating During The Period Of The Works). Relevant Data From The Point Of View Of The Expected Quality Of The Performance (Quantities Of The Previous Period; Useful Floor Area): - In 2025, Works Carried Out In 41 Properties, On A Total Of 38,917 M2 (Excluding Investments In Apartment Buildings And Partially Managed Properties). - Of The Above, In 2025, The Amount Of Works Carried Out In Operating Institutions (I.E. Operating During The Period Of The Works): 37, Works Carried Out In Operating Institutions On A Total Of 29,563 M2. The Current List Of Properties Is Attached To The Contract. (The List Of Properties Included In The Performance Is Informative, The Bidder May Amend Or Expand This By Unilateral Notification, Which Is Considered An Amendment According To § 141, Paragraph (4) Point A) Of The Commercial Code.) The Bidder Enters Into An Individual Agreement With The Winning Bidder For The Performance Of Each Specific Work Based On The Framework Contract. In Individual Agreements, A Reserve Limit Of 10% May Be Stipulated As Regulated In The Framework Agreement. An Itemized List Of Tasks (Hereinafter: Unit Price Collection) And The Overhead Rate Table Are Included In The Annex To The Documentation. The Tenderer Is Entitled To Order Maintenance-Type Works That Become Necessary During The Performance Period Of The Contract, Related To The Subject Of The Contract And That Can Be Financed From The Budget, Which Are Not Included In The Unit Price Collection. In The Case Of Certain Items Of The Unit Price Collection, The Item Of Specific Manufacture Or Origin Referred To Therein, Or The Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Of A Given Economic Operator Or The Services Provided By It, Trademark, Patent, Activity, Person, Type Or Given Origin Or Production Process, If It Would Lead To Favoring Or Displacing The Individual Economic Operators Or Products, The Equivalent
