The Tender Is Carried Out As A Joint Tender And Relates To The Supply Of Healthcare Temporary Services To Fællesindkøb Fyn (Faaborg-Midtfyn Municipality, Kerteminde Municipality, Langeland Municipality, Nordfyns Municipality), Nyborg Municipality And Assens Municipality. Nyborg Municipality Conducts Tenders In Its Own Name And On Behalf Of The Participating Municipalities. After Completion Of The Tender Process, Each Participating Municipality Enters Into A Contract In Its Own Name And Is Solely Responsible For Compliance With Its Contractual Conditions During The Contract Period. Each Municipality Can Independently Exercise Its Contractual Rights In Accordance With The Contract, Including Terminating Its Own Contract, Without This Affecting The Other Municipalities Contracts.
