During The Validity Period Of The Preliminary Agreement, Taking Into Account The Actual Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Main Service Provision Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Parties To The Preliminary Agreement. The Duration Of Each Main Service Contract Cannot Be Longer Than 36 (Thirty-Six) Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Main Contract. The Main Service Provision Contracts May Be Concluded And Remain Valid Even After The End Of The Preliminary Contract, If They Were Concluded During The Period Of Validity Of The Preliminary Contract. The Total Duration Of Service Provision For All Main Contracts Cannot Exceed 48 Months, Counting From The First Day Of Entry Into Force Of The Main Contract.
