The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Service, Maintenance And Continuous Operation Of The Installation And Equipment Of The Deionized Water System, Hereinafter Referred To As The Service, In The Buildings Of The University Of Gdańsk. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Description Of The Annual Scope Of Activities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Must Provide 24-Hour Service Services In The Operation Of Deionized Water Production And Distribution Systems And Provide The Ordering Party With At Least Two Contact Telephone Numbers And An E-Mail Address For Reporting Possible Failures And Other Needs Of The Ordering Party Related To The Execution Of The Order. 5. In The Event Of A Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Immediate Action To Remove It, In Consultation With The Technical Property Maintenance Department And The Relevant Administrator Of The Given Facility Of The University Of Gdańsk. 6. Service Response Time To A Reported Defect: Up To 7 Hours, However, The Contractor May Offer A Shorter Service Response Time To A Reported Defect. The Services Response Time To A Reported Defect Is One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Which Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xvi Of The Swz. The Service Response Time To A Reported Defect Should Be Understood As The Time Counted From Notifying The Contractor About The Incorrect Operation Of The Devices Or Installations, By Telephone To One Of The Two Telephone Numbers Provided By The Contractor (Sms Allowed) Or Electronically To The Contractors E-Mail Address, Until The Contractor Takes Corrective Actions At The Site Of The Failure. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Of Fire Protection And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, In Particular Construction And Installation Regulations, As Well As The Operation And Maintenance Manual, Operating Instructions For Installations And Devices Of The Deionized Water System, And To Perform Service Activities With Due Diligence In A Manner Consistent With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And System Operating Instructions. 8. Requirements Regarding Guarantees And Warranties Are Described In § 8 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 9.
