A Total Of 31 Films Need To Be Digitally Restored In The Period From 2026 To 2028. - The Minimum Technical Conditions For The Image Restoration Procedure Are The Processing And Reproduction Of 10-Bit Logarithmic Dpx Images With A Resolution Of 4K In Real Time Using Specialized Image Restoration Programs For Which The Contractor Must Have A License. - The Minimum Technical Requirements For The Color Correction Procedure Are The Processing And Reproduction Of 10-Bit Logarithmic Dpx Images With A Resolution Of 4K In The Aces Color Coding System In Real Time, Specialized Color Correction Software For Which The Contractor Must Have A License, A Calibrated Digital Projector With A Minimum Resolution Of 2K Certified By The Dci (Digital Cinema Initiatives) Consortium, A Specialized Film Screen With A Projected Image Diagonal Of At Least 3M And A Projection Hall With Neutral Matte Black Or Gray Walls In Which This Procedure Is Carried Out. - The Minimum Technical Requirements For Sound Restoration Are Specialized Software For The Digital Restoration Of Sound Recordings, For Which The Contractor Must Have A License And A Projection Hall For Sound Processing With Soundproofing, Equipped With A Digital Video Projector And A 5.1 Sound System. The Work Process Of Digital Restoration Of Film Material Implies Continuous Professional Supervision Of The Client Over The Service Provided. In Accordance With The Technical Specification, In Addition To The Supervision Carried Out In The Clients Workspace, For Each Film From The Subject Of Procurement, This Includes A Minimum Of Two Supervision Periods In The Service Providers Workspace (Supervision Of Final Corrections In The Digital Restoration Process And Supervision Of Final Operations In The Color Correction Process), As Well As Two Control Projections In A Cinema Hall Equipped With A 35Mm Film Projector And A Calibrated Digital Projector Certified By The Dci Consortium, One Of Which Is Carried Out At The Beginning And The Other At The End Of The Correction Work Color. The Project Manager For The Protection And Restoration Of The National Film Collection, An Expert For The Supervision Of All Stages Of The Restoration, An Expert Consultant For Film Photography And, If Possible, One Of The Authors Of The Film - Director And/Or Director Of Photography - Are Present In The Supervision Of The Client. The Minimum For Quality Supervision Is One Of The Mentioned Experts. The Client Independently Bears The Costs Of Coming To Expert Supervision For A Total Of 31 Film Titles From The Subject Of Procurement. If The Bidders Seat Is Located More Than 350 Km Away From The Customers Seat, For The Purpose Of Expert Supervision, The Offeror Is Obliged To Provide A Cinema Hall For Control Projections And A Substitute Work Space With Technical Performance Conditions Equal To Those Specified In The Technical Specification Within 350 Km From The Customers Seat. Professional Supervision Is Organized In A Way That Enables Optimization Of The Time Invested In That Segment Of The Service.
