The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of A Design Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions, Administrative Decisions And Building Permits, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision For The Investment Titled Revitalization Of The Former Building Of The Rzeczypospolita Ujazdowska Together With Reconstruction And Expansion For The Needs Of The Masovian Emergency Medical Education Center And The Emergency Medical Services Waiting Station Along With Land Development. The Main Goal Of The Order Is To Obtain Complete, Correct And Coordinated Design Documentation For The Investment Implemented For The Needs Of The Masovian Emergency Medical Education Center And The Emergency Medical Services Waiting Station, Allowing For Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit, Describing Preliminary Future Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works And A Preliminary Estimate Of The Value Of This Contract, In Particular On The Basis Of The Cost Estimate And Proper Conduct Of The Public Procurement Procedure With The Substantive Support Of The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Scope Of Documentation, The Number Of Copies, The Scope Of Studies And The Rules Of Acceptance Of Individual Stages Are Specified In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Transfer Of Proprietary Rights And Derivative Rights To The Design Documentation To The Ordering Party On The Terms Specified In The Ppu.
