Roof-Framing Work – Supply Of Roofing For Skibstrup Waste Center. Forsyning Helsingør Affald A/S (Hereafter Referred To As Client) Offers A Turnkey Contract For The Establishment Of 2,000 Square Meters Of Roofing For 27 Container Stands At The Skibstrup Waste Center. Establishment Of The 27 Container Stands Is Also Included In The Contract. The Container Stands Are Divided Into 15 Places With L-Elements For Recording Level Differences And 12 Places On The Ground. The Roof Itself Consists Of 30 Columns And Foundations. Regarding The Foundations, It Is Noted That The 27 Container Stands And Cover Must Be Placed On An Existing Landfill, Which Is Why Pile Foundations Must Not Be Used. The Foundations Must Therefore Have A Maximum Depth Of 1.3 Metres. This Will Mean That All New Constructions Covered By The Contract, Including The Foundations, Container Stands With L-Elements And The Roof, Will Be Founded On The Underlying Landfill, Which Can Cause Settlements. The Client Has Prepared A Project Proposal To Ensure That The Project Is Buildable Prior To A Tender. A Number Of Assumptions Have Been Made As A Basis For The Proposed Construction, Including Calculation Of Statics. The Tenderer Must, In Connection With Submitting The Tender, Either Verify The Projects Prerequisites As Proposed By The Contracting Authority, Or Calculate New Prerequisites As Part Of The Tender. The Tenderers Are Hereby Compensated With Dkk 50,000, However, Cf. Point 9 In Appendix B. Reference Is Made To The Drawings In Appendix 2 And The Static Calculations In Appendix 3, Which Are A Prerequisite For The Project. In Addition To Container Stands And Superstructure, The Contract Also Includes The Establishment Of 4,000 Square Meters Of New Asphalting And Renovation, Lighting Of 200 Lux As Well As Electrical Panels, Handling Of Roof Water As Well As Sewerage And Solar Cells On Selected Roof Surfaces.
