The Subject Of The Order In Particular Is The Implementation Of Integration Between The Systems Operating In The Unit And The Intelligent Services Platform (Pui) Of The E-Health Center. The Aim Of The Task Is To Integrate And Exchange Data With The Platform Of Intelligent Services (Pui) Developed By The E-Health Center In The Field Of Ai, Supporting The Process Of Making Diagnostic And Treatment Decisions By A Doctor. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Connection (Expansion) Of The Pacs System With A Module Or Functionalities Enabling Connection (Integration) To The Central Repository Of Medical Data In The E-Health Center In The Field Of Ai (Pui), Meeting: A) The Requirements Specified In The Competition Regulations (Appendix No. 4 Scope Of Implementation Of The Project For The Selection Of The Project (Competitive Mode - 1St Recruitment - Investment D.1.1.2)) In The Scope Of Chapter No. 4; B) Cez Requirements For Pui According To The Current Versions Of The Documentation Available At Https://Ezdrowie.Gov.Pl/Portal/Home/Dla-Dostawcow/Platforma-Uslug-Inteligentych As An Equivalent Solution For Connecting The Pacs System To The Pui, The Ordering Party Allows The Connection (Expansion) Of The Ris System Enabling Connection (Integration) To The Central Repository Of Medical Data In The E-Health Center In The Field Of Ai (Pui). The Supplier Of Software To Be Integrated With The Intelligent Services Platform In The Implementation Of Digital Diagnostics Services Is Responsible For: A) Connecting The Implemented Solution To The Pui, B) Carrying Out The Tests Indicated In The Current Version Of The Documentation Available At Https://Ezdrowie.Gov.Pl/Portal/Home/Dla-Dostawcow/Platforma-Uslug-Inteligentych, C) Confirming The Receipt Of The Document Issued By Cez, Confirming The Sending Of At Least One Imaging Test To The Pui, D) The Implemented Solution Is To Allow The Ordering Party To: • Obtain The Technical Ability To Automatically Transfer Image Data From Diagnostic Devices To The Intelligent Services Platform Via The Implemented Pacs/Ris Solutions And Transfer This Data In Accordance With Integration Guidelines; • Integration With The Intelligent Services Platform In Such A Way That The Ordering Party Can Use The Pui Services Without Having To Switch Or Log In To Another System, • Integration With The Intelligent Services Platform In Such A Way That The Ordering Party Can Provide Feedback On The Quality Of Operation Of The Intelligent Service. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It.
