The Performance Obligations And Other Conditions Of The Contract Are Presented In The Attached Draft Contract And Other Procurement Documents.- This Request For Tender Includes Contract Procurement And The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement Exceeds The National Threshold Value For Construction Contracts Stipulated In § 25 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016 (€150,000.00). - The Basis For The Overall Most Economic Offer Is The Lowest Price.- Contract Basis Yse1998, (Construction Contractors General Contract Conditions Rt 16–10660). The Contract Is Only Created When A Written (Contract) Contract Is Signed. Deviations From The Contract Are Presented In The Tender Documents.- The Project Will Be Implemented As A Divided Contract According To The Plans Commissioned By The Customer, Where The Contractors Have A Direct Contractual Relationship With The Oulu Spa Services Business. - The Work Is Done As A Subcontract. - The Construction Contractor Is The Main Contractor Who Is Responsible For The Site Management Duties And Coordinates The Construction Through Subordination Agreements. The Main Contractor Is Responsible For Site Management Duties According To Yse § 4 And The Talo 2000 Nomenclature And For The Main Contractors Duties As Defined By The Governments Decision On Occupational Safety (Vna 205/2009). Main Contractor = General Contractor = Main Contractor. The Main Contractor Of The Site Is The Oulu Tilapalvelut Business.- The Building Technical Works Of This Project Are Divided Into Two Separate Parts: Hvac And Electrical Technical Works. This Purchase Includes The Part Of The Contract Mentioned In The Title. Other Building Engineering Works Are Tendered Through A Separate Procurement, Which Has Its Own Separate Procurement Notice.- The Bid Price Must Include All Work According To The Plans, Materials And Possible Patching Of Traces So That The Work Is Completely Completed.- Responsibilities Between Different Types Of Contract Are Specified In The Contract Content Document (Attachment To The Request For Tender).- Demolition Work Related To Building Engineering Works Is Part Of The Contract. The Construction Contractor (Ru) Is Responsible For Dismantling The False Ceilings And Related Frames.- We Require All Persons Working On The Shared Construction Site To Use Electronic Access Control. Electronic Access Control Is Done By Stamping The Valtti Card On The Site Terminal Located On The Site. We Require All Our Partners To Acquire Valtti Cards. If The Contractor Does Not Obtain Valtti Cards For Its Employees, The Customer Has The Right To Invoice The Contractor For The Costs Incurred By The Customer For The Extra Work Of €1,000/Employee/Month.- Before Starting Work, All Employees Must Participate In The General Orientation Organized By The Customer At The Site, Which Is Carried Out And Supervised By The Responsible Foreman (Ru).
