Work Detail

The City Of Rauma Is Requesting Bids For The Framework Arrangement To Be Established For The Repair And Maintenance Services Of The Fleet Of Cars And Vans It Owns. The Repair And Maintenance Services Of The Fleet Of Cars And Vans Refers To The Maintenance And Repair Services Needed By Cars And Vans And The Trailers They Pull. The Content Of The Services To Be Procured And The Requirements Set For Them Are Described In More Detail In The Description Of The Object Of Procurement Attached To The Request For Tenders. A Maximum Of Ten (10) Bidders With The Highest Comparison Points Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area Of ​​The Framework Arrangement In Accordance With The Comparison Criteria Presented In The Request For Tender. The Number Of Sub-Areas Awarded To One Bidder Is Not Limited, So The Bidder Can Be Selected For One Or More Sub-Areas. The Contract Period Of The Framework Arrangement Is 1 August 2026 – 31 July 2028. The Agreement Is Only Created When Both Parties Have Signed A Written Agreement. The Framework Arrangement Includes An Option For One (1) Two (2) Year Extension For The Period August 1, 2028 – July 31, 2030. The City Of Rauma Decides On The Introduction Of The Option Period, And It Is Announced No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. Using The Option Is A Right Of The City Of Rauma, Not An Obligation. Multi-Brand Maintenance Services (Independent Of The Brand), The Tenderer Must Provide Separate Offers For These, If The Services Are Not Offered On The Same Price Lists. The Estimated Value Of The Entire Procurement For The Two (2) Year Contract Period And The Two (2) Year Option Period Is A Total Of 150,000 Euros (Vat 0%). During The Framework Arrangement Period, Assignments Consist Of Individual Assignments Ordered By The Customers Separate Orders. The Assignments Are Carried Out On A Schedule Decided By The Customer, And Their Distribution Is Not Even During The Contract Period. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Give The Service Providers Exclusive Rights To Provide Services, And The Customer Does Not Commit To Ordering Services From A Certain Service Provider Or A Certain Amount During The Contract Period. The Services Are Procured In Accordance With The Terms Of The Framework Arrangement Based On The Customers Actual Need. The City Of Rauma Has The Right To Tender Or Acquire Individual Orders Also Outside Of This Framework Arrangement During The Contracts Validity Period. To The Extent That The Procurement Documents Do Not Stipulate Otherwise, The Procurement Contract Complies With The General Contract Terms Of Public Procurement In Service Procurement (Jyse 2025 Services). This Is A Framework Arrangement In Accordance With Section 42 Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016).
