The Starting Point Is The Purchase Of Ready-Made Cloud-Based Software That Can Be Adapted To The Customers Needs. The Case Management System To Be Procured Serves The Customers Decision-Making And Its Preparation In All Municipal Office-Holder And Institutional Decisions. The System Utilizes The Information Management Plan And Includes Functionalities For Preparing And Managing Meeting Materials, Electronic Meeting And Contract Management Functionalities. The Procured Service Covers System Maintenance, Support, System Development, Additional Expert Services And The System Implementation Project, Including Data Transfer Of The Case Management System Currently In Use. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1, Procurement Description And Appendix 8, Requirements Form, Of The Request For Tenders. The Customer Chooses One Supplier Based On The Tender. The Goal Is A Modern Case Management System Suitable For Lapuas Needs Accessible Through A Web Browser, Which Will Be In Production Use No Later Than 1 December 2026. The Calculated Value For Four Years Is Below The Eu Threshold Value. The Contract Period Will Be Valid Indefinitely.
