The City Of Kemis Vitality Industry Is Requesting Offers For The Furnishing Of Quota Refugee Apartments In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Tenderer Provides The Furniture And Furnishing. Furnishing The Rooms Also Includes Installation Work, E.G. Installing Lamps. Prices Are Requested According To The Number Of People, E.G. Apartment For 1 Person, Apartment For 2 People, Etc. The Prices Given Must Include Both Furniture And Furnishings As Total Prices. No Other Expenses Are Accepted. Prices Are Given Without Vat. 0%. The Comparison Price Consists Of The Sum Of The Unit Prices Of Individual Apartments. Furnished Apartments Must Contain At Least The Goods Mentioned In Appendix Two (2) Of The Apartment Furnishing Requirements, Taking Into Account The Number Of People. The Number Of Quota Refugees Varies From 10 To 40 Annually. The Quantities Given In The Request For Quotation Are Estimates And Are Not Binding On The Customer. The City Of Kemi Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation. The First Apartments Are Estimated To Be Needed In The Fall Of 2026. The Jyse 2025 Goods Contract Terms Apply To The Procurement. Price Weight 60 Points And Quality 40 Points. The Comparison Price Is The Average Of The Items Offered. The Offer With The Lowest Average Price Gets The Maximum Score Of 60 Points, And The Others Are Proportional To It Using The Formula (Lowest Given Value / Offered Value) * Maximum Points. The Procurement Criteria And Scoring Criteria Are Presented In The Tender Requests Appendix One (1) Bidding Criteria Quota Refugee Housing. The Goal Is To Conclude An Agreement With One (1) Bidder. The Planned Contract Period Is 1 July 2026 - 30 December 2028. The Procurement Includes The Possibility Of One (1) Two (2) Year Long Option, The Use Of Which Will Be Decided Separately Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Procurement Exceeds The National Threshold Value Of Section 25 Of The Procurement Act.
