The Scope Of Works Includes Stripping Out Existing Fixed Laboratory Furniture And Floor Coverings, Subfloor Levelling, Creating A Structural Opening Between The Preparation Area And Laboratory, Complete Modifications And Testing Of Mechanical And Electrical Installations Including Dedicated Science Gas Lines, Water Supplies, Waste Infrastructure, And Heating Adjustments. It Also Includes The Installation Of New Laboratory Grade Sheet Flooring, Suspended Ceilings, Blackout Roller Blinds, And Custom Fitted Lab Cabinetry. External Works Comprise The Provision And Assembly Of A Secure Bike Shelter For Up To 30 Bicycles. Works Will Be Executed On A Fixed Price Lump Sum Basis Under The Pw-Cf6 Public Works Short Form Contract, With The Contractor Acting As Pscs. Major Mechanical Ties And Structural Disruption Must Be Phased To Complete During School Holidays Or Weekends.
