The Object Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Furnishings For The Embassy Of The Republic Of Estonia In Yerevan, Armenia (Hereinafter The Goods) In The Amount And Under The Conditions Specified In The Agreement, As Well As The Work And Operations Related To The Said Purchase And Resulting Therefrom (Including The Production And Preparation, Installation And Transportation Of The Goods To The Buyers Territory) Until The Handover Of The Goods At The Place Specified By The Buyer And The Final Acceptance Of The Goods By The Buyer, As Well As Operations During The Warranty Period. The Seller Undertakes To Deliver And Install The Items In The Buildings At Gr. Lusavorich Str. 9, Yerevan, Armenia.
