The Fuel Will Be Delivered By The Successful Bidder(S) By Cars According To The Buyers Request To The Baltic Power Plant, Auvere Power Plant Or Eesti Power Plant Biocomplex, Where The Quantity Of Fuel Will Be Weighed And A Representative Sample Of The Fuel Will Be Taken From Each Load To Determine The Quality And Energy Content Of The Fuel.
