The Municipality Of Tilburg Is Looking For An Operator (The Agricultural Company) For The Years 2027 To 2032 Who Will Receive The Agricultural Land Of The Municipality Of Tilburg On A Liberalized Lease And Partly Exploit The Land Itself And Partly Manage It Through Sublease. In This Way, The Agricultural Company Supports And Relieves The Municipality Of Tilburg In The Management Of Its Agricultural Land. The Municipality Of Tilburg Aims To Use Its Land More For The Agricultural Transition And To Make The Management Of The Plots Themselves More Sustainable And Aligned With Existing Area Tasks. In Addition, The Municipality Wants To Maintain A Flexible Land Stock To Be Used For Projects, For Example As Exchange Land For Housing Or Nature Development Locations, And To Provide Space For Social Initiatives. The Contracting Authority Has An Expiring Agreement For The Multi-Year Management Of Its Agricultural Lands, Whereby The Operator Currently Provides/Fulfills Three Services/Roles: • Exploitation Of A Predetermined Part Of The Land; • Subletting (Stewardship Services) Of Part Of The Land; • Supervisory Role In The Management Of The Land. The Organization In Which These Activities Take Place Is Called An Agricultural Company. In Its Current Form, The Agricultural Company Is A Unique Management Unit That Supports And Relieves The Municipality Of Tilburg In The Management Of Its Agricultural Land.
