The Contracting Authority Has Chosen To Go Through A European Tender According To The Public Procedure In Order To Arrive At A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Msp Services. This Concerns The Services That Cover The Entire Hiring Process Where The Provision Of Temporary Staff, Relief, Legality, Efficiency, Transparency, Quality And Cost Control Are Paramount. The Contracting Authority Wants To Have Control Over Hiring, Lawful Hiring And To Be Protected From Employment Law And Tax Risks. The Supplier Is Expected To Fully Relieve The Contracting Authority, Ensure Legitimate Hiring And Indemnify Against, Among Other Things, The Aforementioned Risks In The Area Of The Provision Of Temporary External Staff, The Deployment Of Self-Employed Persons And General Msp Services (Msp Services). In Addition, An Integrated Service Is Expected That Includes Temporary Employment, Secondment And Self-Employed Contracts.
