The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With An Experienced Consultant Or Advisor In Process Management Who, On Behalf Of And In Close Cooperation With The Client (Ngu), Will Lead And Facilitate The Clarification Phase In Project Development Until The Completion Of An Ofp Report (Start-Up Pre-Project Report). The Process Manager Must Be A Clear, Structured And Decisive Facilitator Who Ensures Progress, Involvement And Anchoring With The Client. Statsbygg Will Be Responsible For Preparing The Ofp Report, But The Procured Process Manager Must Ensure A Structured And Involving Process Internally At The Client And Between Relevant Actors, So That The Necessary Clarifications, Decisions And Basis Are Available For The Work On The Report.
