Clarifying Complex Issues, Making Binding Agreements, Conducting Conflict-Filled And/Or Particularly (Culturally) Sensitive And Socio-Cultural Conversations, As Well As A Lack Of Common Language Skills Require Professional Support. The Language And Integration Mediators Are Intended To Help The Jobcenter Employees In Their Professional Work And To Resolve Conflict Situations. The Type Of Language Mediation Service Is Consecutive And Liaison Interpreting. This Is A Time-Delayed, Oral Translation Of Conversations With Customers From The Respective Foreign Language Into German And Vice Versa. It Is Assumed That Texts (Forms, Letters, Etc.) Are Also Translated Orally If The Reason For The Assignment Requires This Or Makes The Assignment Easier.
