The Subject Of The Tender Is A Framework Contract For The Implementation And Documentation Of Tests Of Portable And Electrical Equipment And Systems. The Service To Be Provided Is Exclusively Testing Of Electrical Equipment And Systems (Mobile) In Accordance With Dguv Regulations 3 And 4. The Test Contents And Test Intervals That Are Specified To The Operator By The Industrial Safety Ordinance (§ 3, § 14 And § 15 Betrsichv), The Technical Rules Of The The Industrial Safety Ordinance (Trbs 1111 As Of 03/2018, 1201, 1203 Edition March 2019), The Occupational Safety Laws (§ 5 And § 6 Arbschg) And The German Statutory Accident Insurance (Dguv Regulation 3/4) Must Be Taken Into Account.
