Exp 26-07 Lot 1.- Removal Of Vehicles From The Public Road, And Transfer To The Municipal Vehicle Deposit (Crane Service), And Installation Of Exceptional Or Urgent Signage For The Public Road, And Lot 2.- Management, Treatment And Decontamination Service Of Vehicles Declared Abandoned, Urban Solid Waste Or Out Of Use, With The Environmental Management Corresponding To The Municipality Of Cornellà De Llobregat.This Object Comprises The Provision In Favor Of Procornellà By A Specialized Company Of The Following Services Throughout The Municipal Term Of Cornellà De Llobregat: Lot 1:- Removal Of Vehicles Abandoned Or Defectively Or Improperly Parked On The Public Road.- Transfer Or Transport To The Municipal Vehicle Depot. According To The Particular Technical Prescription 5.- Of The Pptp. Lot 2: - Treatment Management, Decontamination And Final Management Of Vehicles Declared Abandoned, Urban Solid Waste Or Out Of Use According To The Particular Technical Prescription 6.- Of The Pptp. They Are Understood As Vehicles Declared Abandoned, Urban Solid Waste Or Out Of Use, In Accordance With The Ordinance Regulating The Services Of Removal, Transfer And Deposit Of Abandoned Or Defectively Or Abusively Parked Vehicles On The Public Road, When One Month Has Elapsed Since The Vehicle Or Other Assets Had Been Immobilized Or Removed From The Public Road. These Tasks Will Have To Be Carried Out On Time Under The Supervision, Instructions And Control Of The Person Responsible For The Contract And Following The Technical Prescriptions Included In The Package Of Particular Technical Prescriptions That Is Part Of File No. 26-07, And In Everything That Implies The Exercise Of The Authority, Following The Orders Of The Urban Guard.
