Sound Management For Mini Ambient Events Provision Of Rental, Assembly, Operation And Dismantling Services For Sound System For Mini Ambient Events. The System Must Consist Of A Sound System Compatible With The Size Of The Event, Including At Least Two (2) Active Loudspeakers Or Equivalent System, With Adequate Power For Uniform Coverage Of The Environment. The Soundboard Must Be Professional, And May Be Analogue Or Digital, With At Least 8 (Eight) Input Channels. Microphonation Must Include, At A Minimum, 01 (One) Wired Microphone Or 01 (One) Professional Standard Wireless Microphone, Accompanied By A Stand And Cabling. The System Should Allow Ambient Audio Playback, Through Connection With External Devices, Such As Notebook, Computer Or Smartphone. All Necessary Cabling Must Be Provided To Interconnect The Equipment. The Contracted Company Must Provide, When Necessary, A Technical Operator For Assembly, Testing And Monitoring During The Event. The Contractor Must Provide A Qualified Technical Manager, Responsible For The Execution, Assembly And Security Of The Services, With The Issuance Of Art/Rrt Or Equivalent Document, When Applicable. Small-Sized Lighting, Intended For Holding Events With An Estimated Audience Of Up To 500 (Five Hundred) People, In Open Or Closed Environments, According To The Schedule Of The Requesting Department. The Sound System Must Be Composed Of Pa (Public Address), Which May Be Of The Compact Line Array Type Or Equivalent Conventional System, Containing At Least 04 (Four) Medium And High Frequency Speaker Boxes, As Well As 02 (Two) Subwoofer Boxes. The System Must Have Compatible Amplification, Through Power Amplifiers Or Equivalent Active Systems. The Stage Monitoring System Must Contain 02 (Two) Return Monitors (Floor Returns). The Soundboard Must Be Professional Digital, With At Least 8 (Eight) Input Channels. The System Must Have Complete Cabling For Equipment Interconnection, Including Connection For Up To 02 (Two) Musical Instruments Simultaneously. Microphonation Must Include 04 (Four) Wired Microphones And 02 (Two) Professional Standard Wireless Microphones, In Addition To Stands And Cables In Sufficient Quantities.
