Building Alteration Work – Bouwteam Muziekkwartier. The Municipality Of Enschede Acts As The Contracting Authority And Client For The Revitalization And Renovation Of The Music Quarter In Enschede. The Municipality Is Responsible For This On Behalf Of The Users Of The Building: Metropool, Wilminktheater And Kaliber Kunstenschool (Hereinafter Jointly: “Users”). The Music Quarter Represents An Important Further Development In Which Both The Building Structure And The Cooperation Between The Users Must Be Improved. The Current Design Of The Building Limits The Visibility Of Activities, Hinders Mutual Cooperation Between Users And Does Not Sufficiently Utilize The Potential Of The Music Quarter As A Cultural Meeting Place. With This Tender, The Municipality, Together With The Users, Aims To Take A Concrete And Feasible Step Towards A Future-Proof, Attractive And Functional Music Quarter.
