Parking Services – Concession For The Management Of Parking In The City Of Halle - 1/1/2027 - 31/12/2028. The Concession Agreement For Parking Management 1/1/2027-31/12/2028 (3X Extendable) Includes The Management Of Parking On Halle Territory: - The Management Of Paid Parking; - The Full Operation Of Paid Parking On Public Roads; - Control Of Parking With Limited Parking Time; - The Correct Use Of Resident Cards And Parking Permits For (Non-)Residents. Place Of Performance Of The Concession: City Of Halle. The Concession Assignment Includes: 1. Checking Parking At Locations With Blue Zone Regulations And Paid Parking In The City Of Halle, According To The Frequency Determined In This Document (See Iii.2.4 Of This Concession Document). 2. Issuing And Collecting Fines For All Parking Violations Related To: Paid Parking And Blue Zone. 3. Drawing Up And Distributing Resident Cards, Parking Subscriptions And Visitor Parking Cards To The Entitled Parties And Transmitting To The Concession Provider A List With Information About The Resident Cards Issued. 4. Responsible For Handling Complaints Regarding The Implementation Of This Concession. 5. In Order To Allow The Grantor To Exercise The Necessary Supervision Over The Collections, All Amounts Collected In The Context Of This Concession Will Be Paid Directly Into A Separate Account In The Name Of The Concessionaire. 6. Providing The Financial Service Of The City Council, No Later Than The End Of The Month Following The Month In Which The Fee Receipts Were Issued, Of A Detailed Statement Stating: A) The Number Of Receipts Issued Per Street B) A Chronological Excel List Sent By E-Mail To The Financial Service ([email protected]), With At Least The Following Information: I) Date Of The Infringements Ii) Day Of The Infringements Iii) Time Of The Infringements Iv) License Plate Of The Vehicle For Which A Fine Has Been Issued V) Location (Street Or Car Park) Of The Infringements Vi) Total Fine Due, With Separate Mention Of Transfer From Last Month. Vii) Total Amounts Collected During The Previous Month. Viii) Total And Details Of Disputed Fees Or Fees Not Received Within The Specified Period. 7. Advice On Parking Policy, Communication, Signaling And Road Markings, Innovative Developments And Location Determination Of Parking Meters. 8. The Acquisition Of The Existing Parking Meters At Book Value And The Maintenance And Repair Of These Parking Meters. There Are Currently 85 Parking Meters Installed, But The Concessionaire Has The Right To Limit/Expand This Number During The Term Of The Concession. To This End, The Concession Holder Must Remove, Move Or Supply New Parking Meters. An Overview Of The Current Parking Meters Has Been Added As Appendix J To This Concession Document. 9. The Takeover Of Existing Investments At Book Value And The Management Of The Parking Lot
