The City Of Lahti Intends To Procure A Comprehensive Participation Platform (Digital Participation Platform) Delivered As A Saas Service, Suitable For Use Across The Entire Municipal Organization. The Procurement Will Include System Delivery, Continuous Support And Maintenance, Further Development, And Any Additional Expert Services Required For The Deployment And Ongoing Use Of The Platform. A More Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement, Including Optional Services, Is Provided In Annex 1 Description Of The Procurement Digital Participation Platform Optional Services Are Priced Separately In Annex 3 Pricing, Are Not Included In The Comparison Price Of Tenders, And May Be Ordered By The City Of Lahti During The Contract Period. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Lots, As The Contracting Authority Considers That The Works Included In The Procurement Constitute A Single Whole, The Division Of Which Into Separate Lots Would Be Inappropriate For Technical And Economic Reasons (Act On Public Procurement And Concession Contracts 1397/2016, Section 75). The Tender Shall Be Submitted In English. Official Communication Between The Contracting Authority And The Tenderer Will Take Place In Finnish Or English. The Contracting Authority Will Not Pay Any Remuneration Or Compensation For The Preparation Of The Tender.
