The Main Goal Of The Procurement Is To Form One Logical System And Service Entity, Where Different Types Of Material Can Be Searched For, Managed, Processed, Shared, Protected And Transferred To Long-Term Storage By Internal Users In Accordance With Common Principles. The Acquisition Is Not A Separate Image Management System And A Separate Video/Audio Material Management System, But A Total Service Solution That Connects Them. The Solution Can Technically Consist Of Several Modules, Components Or Parts Produced By Subcontractors. However, The Condition Is That The Solution Forms A Single Manageable Entity For The Parliaments Office, Where The Supplier Is Responsible For Service, Integrations, Maintenance, Support, Information Security, Service Level And Error Management As A Single Entity.
