Administration Services – Management Of The Secretariat Of The Commission For The Maintenance Of Townscapes And Landscapes (Olk). The Secretariat Of The Commission For The Maintenance Of Places And Landscapes (Olk) Is Currently Administratively Assigned To The Directorate Of Interior And Justice (Dij) And Is Managed By The Office For Municipalities And Regional Planning (Agr). Due To A Decision By The Grand Council, The Secretariat Will In Future Be Operated By A Body External To The Administration. This Call For Proposals Is Looking For A Suitable External Organization To Take Over The Management Of The Olk Secretariat. The Aim Is To Organize Olks Business Activities Professionally, Independently And Efficiently. The Olk Supports Authorities In Assessing Planning And Construction Projects With Regard To Their Integration Into The Town And Landscape. The External Secretariat Takes On All Administrative, Organizational And Coordination Tasks And Ensures That Everything Runs Smoothly. The Main Tasks Include In Particular: * Receiving And Allocating Incoming Business To The Responsible Olk Groups * Organizing And Conducting Meetings (Including Preparation, Recording And Follow-Up) * Further Processing And Sending Technical Reports To The Responsible Authorities * Administrative Processing, Accounting And Preparation * Ensuring All Secretarial Work And Ongoing Coordination Detailed Information Can Be Found In The Specifications/Tender Documents.
