Energy Efficiency Consultancy Services - European Public Procurement - National Insulation Programme. The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Support Homeowners Within The Participating Municipalities In Realizing Insulation Measures, With The Aim Of Accelerating The Sustainability Of The Housing Stock And Reducing Energy Costs. The Contractor Fulfills An Integral Role In Providing Care To The Homeowner, Taking Into Account Technical, Financial And Organizational Aspects. A Waiting Room Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Party That Submitted The Second Best Registration. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 3,965,000 Excluding Vat. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €5,155,000 Excluding Vat. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Four Separate Agreements Will Be Concluded With Four Different Municipalities.
