Rit Organizes Public Procurement As A Voluntary Central Public Procurement, The Personal Scope Of Which Includes All The Following Located In The Republic Of Estonia: 1) Government Institutions And The Institutions Managed By Them; 2) Constitutional Institutions And The Agencies Managed By Them; 3) Local Governments And Their Managed Institutions, Including Foundations, Companies; 4) Public Legal Entities Established On The Basis Of The Law; 5) Foundations, Ngos, Companies Established By The State Or With The Participation Of The State.
