The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Comprehensive Organization Of An Economic Mission Of Polish Entrepreneurs From The Świętokrzyskie Region On October 16-22, 2026 To The Sial 2026 Food Fair In Paris, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Świętokrzyskie For Business. 2. Participants Of The Economic Mission Are Entrepreneurs From The Food And Processing Industry And Representatives Of The Marshals Office Of The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship - A Total Of 13 People. 3. The Contractors Tasks Will Include, Among Others: 1) Logistical Support For The Economic Mission (Air Tickets, Land Transport, Insurance), 2) Handling The Economic Mission Abroad In Terms Of Providing Accommodation And Meals, 3) Handling The Business Mission Abroad In Terms Of Providing Consecutive Translation And A Substantive Supervisor, 4) Handling The Business Mission Abroad In Terms Of Providing Media Support. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account The Requirements Regarding Information And Promotion Of Projects Co-Financed From European Funds. All Materials Related To The Implementation Of The Economic Mission, Including Information, Promotional Materials, Attendance Lists, Should Be Marked In Accordance With The Visual Identification System Of Projects Financed By The European Funds For Świętokrzyskie Program 2021-2027.
